Since its incorporation in 1988, DCS has been one of the leading and preferred contractors at the forefront of the construction, maintenance and upgrading of the Southwest’s cellular, wireless and microwave systems for many of the region’s cellular carriers, infrastructure owners, municipalities, and utility providers. DCS is a full-service RF contractor specializing in PCS/Cellular, Microwave and In-building solutions, testing and maintenance. They have extensive experience working with commercial radio communications systems, personal communications services systems and cellular services systems. Steve Hurley and Bill Shields, former owners of DCS, will continue to lead DCS’ wireless operations as part of ADB’s West Region, and have become shareholders of ADB as part of the transaction.
