ADB Assists in Emergency Trench Rescue

On Wednesday, June 19th, our team received an urgent call from local EMS requesting assistance with a trench collapse rescue in Ballwin, Missouri. Although not an ADB project, the situation involved a 35-year-old man trapped in the trench, requiring immediate support.

Without hesitation, Anthony W. Martin, Evan Resnik, Tanner Weis, Aaron Smith, Austin Sutton, Jason Stover, and Nic Green mobilized after hours, bringing one of our hydro trucks to the scene. Their swift response and collaboration with the Eureka Fire Department were instrumental in safely rescuing the individual.

Thanks to their efforts, the man was able to walk out of the trench on his own before being transported by ambulance to a local hospital for evaluation.

Following the incident, the Eureka Fire Department visited ADB to personally applaud the quick actions of our team members who assisted in the rescue.

We are incredibly thankful and proud of our ADB team for stepping up in a critical moment. Amazing job to everyone who provided their assistance—you exemplify our values and make a real difference in the community!
