ADB Companies Announces Acquisition of ETAK Systems
SAINT LOUIS, MO – March 4, 2021 – ADB Companies, LLC, (“ADB”) a leading provider of telecom and utility infrastructure solutions, announced today the acquisition of ETAK Systems LLC (“ETAK”). ETAK will join ADB’s existing wireless division, Mercury Communications Contractors, LLC (“Mercury”), a wholly owned subsidiary of ADB Companies. This strategic partnership will allow ADB to increase its wireless capabilities nationwide.
Backed by 25-years of experience, ETAK provides maintenance and ground installation services to wireless and tower owners with a full range of highly technical capabilities and a unique, industry-leading suite of technology-enabled inspection services. ETAK’s core competencies include installation and maintenance for power, HVAC, small cells, and C-RAN, as well as engineering, inspection, and audits for the wireless sector.
