ADB Companies Announces Acquisition of S&S Cable Communications
ST. LOUIS, MO – ADB Companies, LLC, (“ADB”) a leading provider of telecom, utility infrastructure, and wireless solutions, is proud to announce the acquisition of S&S Cable Communications (“S&S”). S&S will join ADB’s existing Wireline division, with a strong focus on the South region in Texas. This strategic partnership will allow ADB to increase its wireline and engineering capabilities across the region.
S&S provides OSP telecom, SDU, MDU, fiber splicing, UG utilities, and directional drilling services. With offices in Manor, TX, Briggs, TX, and New Braunfels, TX, S&S will expand ADB’s already rapidly growing footprint in Austin and Texas as a whole. Their strong focus on people and intentional approach to partnerships are in perfect alignment with ADB’s world-class culture and vision for the future. Pixie and Brian Schneider, former owners of S&S Cable Communications, will continue to lead S&S’ operations as part of ADB’s Wireline South Division. Pixie and Brian will also become shareholders of ADB Companies.
