Celebrating Safety Excellence with Ameren

On April 8th, Ameren representatives joined ADB’s morning safety meeting to recognize our team with two prestigious awards that highlight our continued commitment to safety.

We’re proud to have received the Ameren Eagle Award for the third consecutive time, as well as the newly introduced Sustained Safety Excellence Award—both reflecting our proactive approach to maintaining a safe, high-performing work environment.

Out of Ameren’s network of 181 high-hazard contractors, 109 are part of the Eagle Award program, with 10 selected as recipients. ADB is proud to be included in this distinguished group. Even more notably, we are one of just four contractors recognized for Sustained Safety Excellence, celebrating three consecutive years of exceptional safety performance.

ADB is the only Underground Contractor to receive both awards, underscoring our strong safety culture and consistent operational excellence in our specialized sector.

This week also marks ADB’s 30th anniversary—a milestone that’s especially meaningful as we reflect on our long-standing partnership with Ameren. In honor of this celebration, crew members spent the morning making breakfast for the team to show appreciation for their hard work and dedication.

Receiving these awards is a powerful reminder of the shared values and high standards that continue to drive our teams forward.
